WE CANNOT GUARANTEE SIZE, TEMPERMENT, OR COLOR OF PUPPIES AS ADULTS. WE CAN
ONLY ESTIMATE ACCORDING TO THE PARENTS.
Puppies sold with full AKC / ACA registration rights will be replaced with like kind if the puppy is found to have a genetic defect by the first 12 months of life.
Puppies with limited registration will be replaced with a like puppy (limited registration) only if the puppy developes a life threating genetic defect within the first 12 months of life.
Buyer must return the puppy within one week of the exam that the defect was found.
Buyer must also provide registration papers and a letter from the vet stating the defect found, vets name, address, and phone number before any replacements will be made.
The seller reserves the right to refund the purchase price of the puppy only (no shipping charges) or provide a replacement puppy.
Buyer is responsible for all transportation fees of original puppy and replacement puppy.
Seller is not responsible for vet bill and other bills once the puppy leaves the seller.
If the buyer refuses to return this puppy, this guarantee is null and void.
SHOULD ANY LEGAL ACTION BE TAKEN, IT HAS TO BE IN THE COUNTY WHICH THE PUPPY
WAS BORN.
SHOULD OUR VET FIND A GENETIC DEFECT WITH A FULL REGISTRATION PUPPY AT THE
TIME OF THE WELL PUPPY CHECK, WE WILL EITHER REFUND THE AMOUNT PAID, OR
OFFER THE PUPPY AT A REDUCED PRICE WITH LIMITED REGISTRATION. THE CHOICE
WILL BE UP TO THE PURCHASER.
